GEORGE HUTCHINS (MPA) MASTERS DEGREE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION DIPLOMA

Webster University, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina Campus.
The 1998 Masters Degree Thesis Project presented by George Hutchins to Webster University Masters Degree Program, spoke of the personal experiences in Germany, starting at February of 1989, up to that date, the end of Cold War in late 1991, the Fall of the Berlin Wall 1989-1990, the 1945 Battle For Berlin with the clear perception of German military dedication to halting post World War Two Communist domination of Europe, the 1991 Gulf War, and the Ronald Reagan Conservative Revolution which continues to this date.
In addition to presenting the Webster University Masters Degree with a original VHS video tape film, two and one half hours in length, filmed throughout Europe, concerning recent experiences, at that time, in Europe, with the above thesis theme, Hutchins spoke often of the achievements of Warner von Braun, the top scientist supervisor of the 1969 U.S. Apollo Moon Landing, which put Neil Armstrong, U.S. Astronaut, to be the first man on the moon.
Warner von Braun was formerly the German World War Two Scientist, leader of the German V-2 guided missile program, which launched 1,300 V-2 guided missiles at London, England, and approximately launching 1,300 V-2 German guided missiles at the Main American-British supply port at Antwerp, Belgium, after the D-Day Normandy Allied invasion on June 6, 1944.
Antwerp, Belgium was the main Anglo-American supply sea port, which was also the main target for German ground forces during the Battle of the Bulge, December-1944 through January-1945, German Ardennes Forest Offensive. The German attack towards Antwerp, Belgium was the final major German offensive in the west during World War Two.
The German December, 1944, during the Battle of the Bulge, German Ardennes Forest Offensive objective, was cut off American-British supplies coming into Europe from England at Antwerp, Belgium which supplied Anglo-American armies in mainland Europe.
If the poor weather would have lasted for a couple more days, keeping allied aircraft out of the skies for two more days, the Germans would have reached Antwerp, Belgium, cut the Allied Supply line into Europe, and the June 6, 1944, D-Day Normandy Invasion would have been nullified, which may have brought the Americans and British to the peace negotiating table with the Germans. This would have kept the Soviet Communists out of Europe.
As a fair scholar, Hutchins gave credit to all sides who fought honorably during World War Two, while keeping a special pride for the west who had won the Cold War during late 1991, during the 1998 Master Thesis Project.
"The British had their reasons for fighting World War Two also," Hutchins said; but, Hutchins said more confirmed in addition, "the causes of World War Two are not as one sided, as demonstrated since 1945, the loudest by the media, the Germans had solid reasons for fighting World War Two, also."
World War Two, the history of the Berlin Wall 1961-1990, the end of the Cold War 1946-1991, the Reagan Conservative Revolution, the 1991 Gulf War, and the U.S. Space Program launched by former German V-2 Scientist Warner von Braun, have influences on modern times in respect to the War against Terrorism in modern 21st century times, with direction of creating a better world.
